Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) provides oversight and strategic direction for WorkSource and the public workforce system. A nonprofit organization founded in 2002, WSW contributes to regional economic growth by providing investments and resources to improve the skills of the workforce in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties. WSW-funded programs help businesses recruit, hire and train the employees they need.
