How do I create a profile on WorkSourceWA.com?

Go to https://www.seeker.worksourcewa.com/ and click on the Job Seeker button in the upper right corner. Then click Sign Up.

 

I locked my account or received an error when creating an account. What do I do?

If you received an error code or need to update your email on your account, call our IT Help Desk number: (888) 316-5627.

 

How do I upload my resume on WorkSourceWA.com?

Go to https://www.seeker.worksourcewa.com/. Click on Job Seeker in the upper right corner and sign into your account. Then go to My WorkSource, Resume, and Upload Resume.

If you don’t have a resume, you can create one by clicking on the Create a Resume button.

 

Do I need an appointment to talk to someone about job search or resume reviews?

We welcome walk-ins! Appointment is not needed unless you want a specific specialist to help you.

How do I find workshops in my area and register for them?

Go to https://seeker.worksourcewa.com/. Click on Career Tools, Workshops and Hiring Events, Workshops, and then select your area. Scroll and choose the workshop you are interested in. Click on the link to register.

A meeting link will be sent to your email before the workshop starts. Sign into your email and click on the Meeting Link sent. If you are using your phone or tablet, you will need to download the WebEx app beforehand. For PCs and laptops, you do not need to download the app.

 

I am interested in training.

For training opportunities, the first step is to attend our Employment and Training Orientation. From there, you will learn about the program, eligibility, participation requirements, and get connected with an Employment Specialist.

  • Our virtual workshops take place on Tuesdays at 3pm (register online at worksourcewa.com).
  • In person orientations are also available at both of our WorkSource centers. The Vancouver orientation runs every Thursday from 1-2pm. The Kelso orientation is every Wednesday from 11:30-12:30pm.

 

Is this where I apply for unemployment?

For unemployment, you can apply either online at https://secure.esd.wa.gov/home/ or by phone at 1 (800) 318-6022. The telecenter is open Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:00pm).

 

Where is the unemployment office?

There is no unemployment office, only remote telecenters. If you need to contact them, call 1 (800) 318-6022.

 

Where are you located?

We have two locations.

WorkSource Vancouver is located at 204 SE Stone Mill Drive, Unit 215 in Vancouver, WA. Office hours are Monday and Friday (9am-5pm).

WorkSource Cowlitz/Wahkiakum is located at 305 S Pacific Ave, Kelso WA. Office hours are Monday and Friday (9am-5pm). The center is right across the street from the Kelso Theater and next door to the Kelso Police Station.

 

Do you have a fax machine that I can use?

Yes, there are fax machines available at our centers in both Vancouver and Kelso.
