We were delighted to receive this email from a local staffing agency that attended a hiring event and found a stand-out job seeker who was able to find permanent employment!
I wanted to reach out and let you know about a candidate from the WorkSource job fair.
I had a candidate present well. He came dressed nicely with a fantastic resume. We had a conversation about what we have to offer, and he was very engaging.
The biggest difference is that he followed up with me the very next day. His resume reflected all his experience and skill set. He came with a clear background, able to pass a drug screen and had a personal vehicle for transportation.
We were able to get him on a ticket basically the next day as a temp.
He did a great job, to the point that they had reached out to us to have him rolled over to be a permanent employee.
Once he completed his hours with us for that client, he was immediately put on as a permanent employee. We are over the moon with his performance and success there.
