Over a dozen organizations gathered in one place to educate and provide direct assistance to community members.

We were so excited to work with the FVRL to bring our Community Resource Fair to life. On August 27, at the Cascade Park Community Library, we were finally able to see this hard work come to fruition!

Thank you so much to all our community partners for coming to represent their organizations and providing direct referrals and resources to the public.

We ended up having a total of 220 attendees at this Community Resource Fair—a stunning number of people all present for a wide array of services.

The genesis of this event began with WorkSource and the Fort Vancouver Regional Library joining forces to bring the many wonderful community-focused organizations working in Clark County together in one place.

While we obviously couldn’t host every organization under a single roof, we were able to gather a large swath of resources catering to different needs. Including: Bridgeview Resource Center, Clark County Food Bank, Goodwill Industries, NEXT, EOCF, Clark College, PFLAG, Partners in Careers, Autism Empowerment, Peace Northwest, Battle Ground Healthcare, Salvation Army, SHARE, Open House Ministries, Villages Clark County, and SNAP-ED Nutrition Education.

Thank you once again to our incredible community partners and the FVRL for helping make this event a success!
