WorkSource and Fort Vancouver Regional Library take a great amount of pride in putting together our Community Resource Fairs. Our partnership began with the intention to shine a light on all the incredible organizations in Southwest Washington that provide free resources for those in need.
Each event has been a learning experience, but every time we hear from our attendees that they discovered something that can help change their lives, we know the work is worth the outcome.
We’re proud to say that our latest Community Resource Fair took place at the Cascade Park Community Library (600 NE 136th Avenue, Vancouver, WA) and featured a record turnout of 230 attendees!
Nearly two dozen community organizations joined us for the event, including Alcoholics Anonymous, Area Agency on Aging and Disabilities, Autism Empowerment, City of Vancouver, Clark College, Clark County Food Bank, Clark County Green Neighbors, C-Tran, Goodwill Job Connection, HomeShare, Latino Leadership, NEXT Success, Shadow Project, and many more!
Our next Community Resource Fair will take place on July 30 at the brand new Woodland Library. Stay tuned for updates—including participating organizations—right here!
