When Add Security needed to hire several new employees quickly, the WorkSource team in Vancouver jumped into action. WorkSource secured Add a table at a veterans hiring event where they were able to interview candidates and hired one new employee right on the spot. Over the next two weeks through concentrated recruitment efforts, WorkSource identified three additional quality candidates for the company.
With the help of WorkSource, Add Security has hired six people. WorkSource provide funding for on-the-job training for two of the new hires and four of the job seekers received assistance from WorkSource to obtain their Washington security licenses.
Add Security now has the staff it needs to fulfill its contract obligations and meet the needs of its customers. Add will continue to use WorkSource for its employee recruitment.
